Go to app.post2share.com and click Sign Up. You can register with your email and password, or sign in quickly using Google. After registering, you'll be guided to create your first Workspace and connect your social accounts.

Navigate to Accounts in the left sidebar. You'll see all supported platforms listed. Click Add Account next to any platform and follow the OAuth authentication flow. Currently live: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter). WhatsApp and TikTok are coming soon.

A Workspace is your main working environment in Post2Share. It contains your connected social accounts, posts, campaigns, team members, and settings. You can create multiple Workspaces — useful if you manage accounts for multiple brands or clients. Switch between Workspaces from the top of the sidebar.

Post2Share currently supports 5 live platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter). WhatsApp and TikTok are listed as Coming Soon and will be added in a future update.

Click New Post in the sidebar. Select the accounts you want to publish to, write your caption (or use the AI Assistant), attach media or generate an image with AI Media, optionally assign to a campaign, then click Review & Continue to schedule or publish immediately.

Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP — up to 20MB per file.

Post2Share handles format delivery to each platform automatically.

The Calendar (found in the sidebar) shows all your scheduled and published posts in a Month or Week view. Click any day to see posts. Use the filters to view by Platform, Status, or Account. The calendar respects your workspace timezone set in General Settings. The sidebar shows published vs scheduled counts for the month and upcoming posts for the next 7 days.

If a post fails, Post2Share marks it as Failed and sends you a real-time notification. The system automatically retries failed posts. If retry succeeds, you'll get a success notification. You can also view failed posts in All Posts and manually retry using the Refresh button.

Campaigns let you group related posts together — for example, a product launch, a seasonal sale, or a weekly content series. Each campaign shows Published, Scheduled, and Customer counts. Create a campaign from the Campaigns page and assign posts to it during post creation.

AI Credits are the currency used for all AI-powered features in Post2Share — including image generation, caption writing, analytics insights, and automation. Each plan includes monthly credits (Starter: 100, Growth: 500, Pro: 1,000). Credits never expire and you can buy top-ups anytime from Settings → Usage & Billing → AI Credit Wallet.

Go to AI Media in the sidebar. Select Image, choose Text to Image as the type, and select the Seedream 4.5 model (by ByteDance). Choose your aspect ratio (1:1, 4:3, 16:9, 3:4, or 9:16), write your prompt, and click Generate. Each generation costs 2 AI Credits. Video generation is coming soon.

When creating a post, click the AI Assistant button below the caption field. The AI will generate an engaging, platform-optimised caption based on your topic or media. You can edit and refine it before publishing. This feature consumes AI Credits from your wallet.

Go to Settings → Usage & Billing. You'll see your AI Credit Wallet showing Total Credits, Used, and Available. You can also see the current balance on the AI Media page. To top up, click Buy AI Credits.

The Analytics page (sidebar) shows: Posts count, Views, Engagement (total likes, comments, shares), Engagement Rate (total engagement / total views), Views & Engagement Over Time chart, Platform Performance breakdown, and Best Posting Time recommendations. Filter by date range, platforms, and campaigns.

On the Analytics page, use the filter controls at the top: set a date range using the date pickers, select specific platforms from the Select Platforms dropdown, and choose a campaign from the All Campaigns dropdown. The charts and metrics will update accordingly.

Go to Team Management in the sidebar and click + Add User. Enter their email and assign a role. They'll receive an invitation to join your Workspace. You can manage all members from the Users tab, and create/edit roles from the Roles tab.

Post2Share supports custom roles with granular permissions. The Owner role has full access to all features. You can create custom roles in Team Management → Roles and assign specific permissions for posts, campaigns, analytics, accounts, team management, and settings.

Click on your workspace name at the top of the left sidebar. A dropdown will appear showing all workspaces you belong to. Click any workspace to switch to it. To create a new workspace, go to Workspace in the sidebar and click + New.

Go to Settings → Plans & Pricing. You'll see all available plans with their features and pricing. Click Upgrade to [Plan] on the plan you want. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

Go to Settings → Usage & Billing. You'll see your current plan, renewal date, posts used vs limit, social accounts used vs limit, and your AI Credit wallet balance. You can also buy AI Credit top-ups from this page.

Yes. All plans can be cancelled anytime from Settings → Plans & Pricing. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. Your AI Credits never expire even if you cancel or downgrade. If you need assistance cancelling, contact us at info@post2share.com.

No. AI Credits never expire. Credits from your monthly plan carry over, and any top-up credits you purchase are yours indefinitely. Credits are used for AI image generation, captions, analytics, and automation.
