1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Post2Share at app.post2share.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Post2Share is operated by Medistrat Digital Marketing, Malaysia. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

2 Description of Service

Post2Share is a social media management platform that allows individuals and teams to:

• Connect and manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Create, schedule, queue, and publish posts, images, videos, and Reels.
• Generate AI-powered images using Seedream 4.5 and AI captions using the AI Assistant.
• Manage team workspaces with role-based permissions and access controls.
• View real-time analytics including Views, Engagement Rate, Platform Performance, and Best Posting Times.
• Organise content into campaigns and track published, scheduled, and queued posts.

3 Account Registration

To use Post2Share, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, be responsible for all activity under your account, and notify us at info@post2share.com of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

4 Connected Social Accounts

When you connect a social media account to Post2Share, you authorize us to access and act on that account solely for publishing content you create within the platform.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of connected accounts complies with those platforms' terms of service. We are not responsible for account suspension or content removal by third-party platforms.

5 AI Features & Credits

Post2Share includes AI-powered features including AI Image Generation (Seedream 4.5 by ByteDance) and AI Caption Assistant. These features consume AI Credits from your AI Credit Wallet. By using AI features, you agree that:

• Your prompts may be sent to third-party AI model providers to generate results.
• AI-generated content is provided as-is and you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.
• AI Credits never expire and can be topped up at any time. Credits are non-refundable once consumed.
• We reserve the right to update AI models and providers to improve quality and performance.

6 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Post2Share to:

• Publish spam, misleading, defamatory, hateful, or illegal content.
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.
• Circumvent plan limits or permission controls within workspaces.
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others.

7 Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content (captions, images, videos) you create and publish through Post2Share. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely to deliver the Service to you. We do not claim ownership over your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

8 Team Workspaces & Permissions

Post2Share supports multiple Workspaces with role-based access control. Workspace owners are responsible for managing team members, assigning roles and permissions, and ensuring all team members agree to these Terms. We are not liable for actions taken by team members within a workspace.

9 Subscription & Billing

Post2Share offers the following plans:

All plans can be cancelled anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.

10 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API outages (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Google, X), or infrastructure issues may temporarily affect the Service. We are not liable for publishing failures caused by third-party platform outages or policy changes.

11 Limitation of Liability

Post2Share is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Medistrat Digital Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, failure to publish content due to third-party platform issues, data loss beyond our reasonable control, or account suspension by third-party platforms. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months prior to the claim.

12 Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@post2share.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time if you breach these Terms.

13 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of Post2Share after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
